Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is designed to ensure that you receive your orders promptly and in perfect condition.

We dispatch orders within three working days and aim to deliver them within 7-14 days from the date of shipping inside India by Indian postal parcel

and within 2-3 weeks outside India by airmail EMS postal parcel.

To achieve this, we collaborate with Indian Postal Parcel Service, which is our preferred shipping partner. You can easily track your order’s progress online once it’s shipped.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver any item from your order, you won’t be billed for that particular item. You’ll either receive a full refund for the charged amount or won’t be charged at all. Please note that we operate on all working days, which include Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

To ensure the quick and safe delivery of your order, we dispatch all orders from Almora Head Post Office using Postal Parcel service. We also attach an invoice to each item, including gifts, which clearly states the unit price, the total amount, and the respective tax amount, as per the prevailing GST regulations of Uttarakhand.

Enjoy free shipping across India on orders over Rs 500 !  For orders below Rs 500, a flat shipping charge of Rs 100 will apply.
