Cancellation Policy

There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made.

Exchange Policy

Before leaving our warehouse, we meticulously inspect our shipments. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your satisfaction, please follow the instructions of our cancellation policy provided below:

If you wish to request an exchange, kindly email us at sosorganics@gmail.com.

Items eligible for exchange must be sent to the addresses provided below within 15 days of receiving them.

As per our cancellation policy, if SOS Organics has dispatched the wrong item to you, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. The customer will not be billed for shipping charges related to the replacement.

While shipping charges will not be reimbursed, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning goods to the designated return address.

The acceptable reasons for exchange are limited to the following:

  1. We have shipped the incorrect article.
  2. The article has arrived damaged.
  3. The article is deficient in weight or quality.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange items purchased online at any of our retail stores, and likewise, purchases made at retail stores cannot be processed for returns through our Online Store.

 

The following conditions apply:

  1. Providing an incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Using an incorrect address format, including any variation of a PO Box address.
  3. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  4. Recipient refusal of the package.
  5. Returning products in a used or damaged condition.

Note: We will process all refunds only after receiving the returned shipment, unless the package has been lost in transit. Please send the shipments via Indian Post using registered postal parcels, as no other method of return shipment will be accepted.

Return Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at

While we meticulously inspect our shipments before dispatching from our warehouse, if you find your purchase unsatisfactory, kindly follow the instructions provided below:

Please inform us within a maximum of 48 hours upon delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Ensure that the products/items remain UNUSED.

Return the products in their original packaging, including the original price tags, labels, and invoices.

To prevent further damage during transit, it’s recommended to securely and adequately package the return items.

Refunds for orders paid by credit/debit card will be processed within 14 working days and will be credited back to the same card, reflecting in the subsequent statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred while returning the goods to the designated return address.

Orders paid via net banking accounts will be refunded to the respective bank accounts.
