Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

Items need to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 15 days of receiving the items.
SOS Organics will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item. Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
Acceptable reason for exchange are only:
1. We have sent the wrong article. 2. Article has reached damaged. 3. Article has reached deficient in weight or quality.

Note: Customers can not return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
After 3 failed delivery attempts.
Package refused by recipient.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: All the refund will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit. Shipments have to be sent by Indian Post, registered postal parcel. No other form of return shipment is acceptable.
Return Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 14 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
